• Active Accounts: While your phjoh account remains active, we retain all personal data associated with your account as needed to provide our services to you.
• Closed Accounts: Following closure of your phjoh account, we retain your personal data for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with our obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering laws, PAGCOR regulations, and applicable tax requirements.
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum period of seven (7) years in accordance with applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Support Records: Customer support communications are retained for up to three (3) years after the resolution of a query or complaint.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, phjoh will securely delete or anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be attributed to you.

8 Children & Minors

phjoh is strictly an adult platform. Under Philippine law, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. phjoh does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

All registration attempts are subject to age verification processes. Where phjoh discovers or is notified that an account has been created by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all gameplay activity will be voided, and any personal data collected from that individual will be deleted as soon as practicable — except where retention is required by applicable law.
