1 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use phjoh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling participation under Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from gambling online.
• You must be accessing phjoh from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using phjoh is legal in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or family member of a household of any phjoh employee or partner organisation where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from phjoh or from any other gambling platform under a cross-platform exclusion arrangement recognised by phjoh.

By completing registration on phjoh, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2 Account Registration & Security

To access phjoh's games and services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all phjoh accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual player may hold only one active phjoh account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and update it promptly if it changes. phjoh may require supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoh login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify phjoh immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. phjoh will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• No transfer: Your phjoh account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person.
• KYC compliance: phjoh operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You consent to phjoh collecting, verifying, and retaining identity documents as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.

phjoh reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on phjoh are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• phjoh supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported methods may change from time to time and are displayed within your account dashboard after phjoh login.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification level and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your phjoh account promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. phjoh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. phjoh may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
• phjoh reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that was used to make a deposit. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• phjoh does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside phjoh's control.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

phjoh offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all phjoh bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds and real money funds are kept in separate balances. Real money funds are typically used first in wagering, followed by bonus funds.
• phjoh bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, and group coordinated bonus abuse — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• phjoh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the general bonus terms stated here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

5 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

phjoh is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following rules govern all gameplay on the phjoh platform:

• All games offered on phjoh use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes for every round.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the phjoh system. In the event of a disputed result or a technical error that affects gameplay, phjoh's decision following review of server records will be final and binding.
• You must not use any software, tool, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any phjoh game. This includes but is not limited to card-counting software, spin-timing tools, and any form of artificial play assistance.
• Collusion between players in any game — including live casino, poker, or any multiplayer format — is strictly prohibited. phjoh employs advanced monitoring tools to detect collusive behaviour.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in phjoh's software for financial gain must be immediately reported to phjoh support. Exploiting such errors is a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of any gains derived from the exploit.
• phjoh reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines — in its sole reasonable discretion — that a technical error, system fault, or display issue has affected the outcome.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phjoh platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using phjoh for any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Registering or operating a phjoh account on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation at any stage of the KYC process.
• Accessing phjoh from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without proper authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any element of the phjoh platform or its underlying technology.
• Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any phjoh communication channel, including live chat and support correspondence.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt the technical operation of the phjoh platform in any way.
• Creating duplicate accounts or using the identity of another person to register on phjoh.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the phjoh platform — including but not limited to the phjoh name, logo, brand identity, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of phjoh or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phjoh solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phjoh content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the phjoh brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written permission from phjoh.
• Frame, scrape, or extract any phjoh content for use on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of phjoh's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and phjoh reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies accordingly.

8 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoh's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to phjoh in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoh expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of phjoh, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even where phjoh has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions, downtime, delays, or errors caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond phjoh's reasonable control (including acts of God, government actions, or network outages).
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your phjoh login credentials or your account being accessed by an unauthorised party due to your own negligence.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services, payment processors, or game providers that operate as independent entities from phjoh.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

phjoh may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• phjoh reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal use of your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Your account shows signs of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software or tools.
• You request self-exclusion or closure under phjoh's Responsible Gaming policy.
• phjoh is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

You may close your phjoh account at any time by contacting phjoh's player support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of phjoh, the following process applies:

1. Initial Resolution: Contact phjoh's player support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and informally at this stage.
2. Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through initial support contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to phjoh's compliance team via the email address listed in the Contact section of these Terms.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Legal Proceedings: As a last resort, disputes may be referred to the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, to whose jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.

11 Amendments to These Terms

phjoh reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phjoh will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on your account.

The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon being posted to the phjoh website. Your continued use of phjoh following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the phjoh platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
